They are seeking a Painting Estimator / Project Manager who will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating commercial painting projects, preparing cost estimates, and managing project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and evaluating commercial painting projects

Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates

Managing project budgets and schedules

Overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion

Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Identifying potential risks, issues, or delays and proactively addressing them

Required

Experience in commercial painting estimating and project management (no residential projects)

Strong understanding of commercial painting scopes of work

Proficiency with PlanSwift estimating software

Working knowledge of Excel and other estimating tools

Familiarity with commercial painting products, including: High-performance coatings, Floor sealers, Exterior coating systems, Paint brands and product specifications

Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
