The Events Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring memorable experiences for attendees while collaborating with various teams to align events with company goals.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Juno’s events, including conferences, field events, smaller focused events, and virtual events and webinars
Create exceptional attendee experiences by managing logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and production
Ensure every event is well organized, polished, and executed with strong attention to detail
Partner closely with sales to support event lead capture and post-event follow-up, ensuring strong handoff and alignment
Collaborate with marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership to align events with broader company goals
Manage speaker coordination, sponsorships, and event content in partnership with internal stakeholders
Oversee on-site and virtual execution to ensure events run smoothly and professionally
Track event performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve future events based on insights
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of experience managing events, including in-person and virtual formats
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at once
Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging event experiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and timelines independently
Experience with webinar platforms and event technology tools
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Preferred
Experience with B2B events
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
Familiarity with sales-led or pipeline-supporting events
