This role involves navigating public-sector complexities, building relationships, and driving growth within state, local, and education organizations.

Responsibilities
Own and expand a defined portfolio of Northeast SLED accounts
Drive new opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships
Build and execute multi-year account strategies
Operate as a trusted advisor to senior public-sector stakeholders
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles end-to-end
Design solution-led sales motions across product and services
Coordinate internal teams to deliver outcomes, not just contracts
Influence long-term regional strategy through customer insight
Qualification
Required
4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including
2+ recent years focused on SLED accounts (state, local, education)
Proven success closing complex public-sector enterprise deals
Experience running large accounts with multiple stakeholders and buying groups
Confidence engaging senior-level leaders across government and higher education
Strong territory and account planning discipline
Experience shaping solution-based deals across platform and services
Executive presence and comfort operating as a domain authority
