Director of Member Success & Growth
Trusted Restorer is a collaborative membership program for organizations dedicated to excellence in restoration. The Director of Member Success & Growth is responsible for leading revenue growth and long-term retention across the membership base, managing the Member Support Team and overseeing the full member lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewals, and expansion.

Responsibilities
Own new member sales efforts including lead generation, outreach, discovery, proposal development, and closing
Partner with Marketing to strengthen the member value proposition and ensure consistent messaging that supports acquisition goals
Track pipeline metrics and continuously refine sales strategy to improve conversion and member fit
Manage the Member Support Team, setting priorities, performance expectations, and development plans to ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery
Maintain a member success roadmap, ensuring consistent cadence of touchpoints and measurable progress toward member goals
Monitor member feedback and support trends, using insights to improve programs and enhance overall member experience
Drive retention and renewal strategy through proactive engagement, relationship management, and outcome-based coaching
Identify at-risk members and lead retention interventions, including root cause analysis, escalation support, and corrective action plans
Lead development and continuous improvement of member success offerings, including support calls, training alignment, and advisory programs
Coordinate internal subject matter experts to address member needs and deliver consistent high-value engagement
Partner with the Vice President & Member Support Consultants to improve training curriculum based on member trends and recurring gaps in performance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading a customer success, member success, or account management function
Demonstrated ability to drive new business growth while managing retention and renewals
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development
Comfortable using data and KPIs to evaluate engagement, retention risk, pipeline health, and program success
