Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update large volumes of data into internal systems and client-facing platforms while meeting daily productivity targets
Perform data validation and reconciliation to identify and correct inconsistencies or duplicate records
Maintain organized digital records and follow standardized naming and filing conventions for audit readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
Follow data security and privacy procedures to safeguard sensitive information in accordance with company policies
Suggest and document process improvements to streamline data workflows and reduce error rates

Required

Proven accuracy in high-volume data entry environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Reliable home internet and a dedicated remote workspace
Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
Strong written English for accurate record-keeping and internal communication
Availability to work U.S. business hours / shifts as required

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or Airtable
Familiarity with data validation tools or macros
Previous experience in fully remote roles or distributed teams
