Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze ADT workflows to identify data integrity issues, revenue leakage, and compliance risks
Investigate and resolve complex ADT-related issues impacting billing, reimbursement, and reporting
Partner with Patient Access, HIM, Revenue Cycle, Clinical teams, and IT to improve registration and encounter accuracy
Support system build, configuration, testing, and optimization related to Epic ADT functionality
Develop and maintain reports, audits, and dashboards to track trends, errors, and performance metrics
Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and revenue integrity initiatives related to ADT processes
Create and maintain documentation for workflows, procedures, and best practices
Provide education and guidance to operational teams on ADT standards and compliance requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic ADT data and its downstream financial impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting Epic ADT workflows, revenue integrity, patient access, or revenue cycle operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
Experience working with Epic and healthcare reporting tools
Knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements related to patient registration and encounters
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
