Quarterhill Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of their ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. This role involves defining platform architecture, ensuring secure implementations, and aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability

Define and maintain platform standards, design patterns, and architectural guardrails

Lead roadmap planning for new modules, integrations, and platform enhancements

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements

Establish and enforce development, configuration, and integration standards

Review and approve solution designs to prevent platform sprawl and technical debt

Define upgrade, patching, and lifecycle management strategies

Act as the final technical authority for platform decisions

Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Advise executives and senior leaders on platform capabilities and tradeoffs

Mentor administrators, developers, and product owners

Act as a trusted advisor during audits, incidents, and major initiatives
