Responsibilities

Ensure that investment performance results for client portfolios are calculated and reported accurately
Collaborate with Private Client Sales on new products launches
Manage calculation and distribution of daily/monthly performance summary firm-wide for marketed composites and simulations
Partner with offshore team and learn all performance measurement functions
Enhance all aspects of performance measurement including Bernstein.com
Create, daily, monthly, and custom performance reports
Work with PW Operations teams to research and resolve any issues/out of balances
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with respect to reporting requirements and changes
Client Servicing- Provide ongoing support to Sales Advisors, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Client Reporting, and other internal departments

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of work experience in a related field
Strong interpersonal skills
Clear communication skills, both written and oral
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects or tasks at once
Ability to independently research and resolve issues
Proficiency in generating Excel spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Preferred

Performance measurement experience
Solid mathematical skills
Knowledge of time-weighted and dollar-weighted rates of return, calculation methodologies, and GIPS
