Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business performance
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to drive financial performance
Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, cost reduction programs, and investment analyses
Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4–6+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work independently and problem solve proactively
Ability to work effectively within a team environment; strong collaborator and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills: ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, to manage multiple tasks concurrently, adapt to changing priorities, and to meet deadlines
Flexible and willing to take on unfamiliar tasks
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
