They are seeking an Account Technician to assist licensed staff members with servicing, production, and renewal of customer insurance accounts, providing customer support, and maintaining account details.

Responsibilities

Renewing customer policy information internally

Creating client mailings for insurance documents and notices

Retrieving client documentation from various company websites

Identifying premium increases and remarketing opportunities to reduce costs to clients

Assisting Account Managers with customer requested changes and processing of endorsement documentation and billing

Processing mail received for client accounts

Identifying policy cancellations for Account Manager follow up

General account cleanup and maintenance for client accounts

Required

This entry-level position does not require experience or an insurance license, but a willingness to learn and potentially become licensed to assist in direct client-facing roles is expected
