5–10 years of hands-on backend development experience
Strong coding experience with Java and Spring Boot
Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
Hands-on work with Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with microservices development and RESTful services
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience testing own code (unit/integration)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Strong debugging and production support skills
