Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Park View Federal Credit Union is a dynamic, member-focused financial institution offering a full range of services. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will have executive-level responsibility for the credit union’s financial health, compliance, and controls, overseeing various financial operations and working closely with the CEO to ensure strategic growth.

Responsibilities
Provides oversight to general ledger, financial accounting and reporting, investments and liquidity, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, asset/liability management, enterprise risk management, auditing, and compliance
May lead other key departments that directly impact the financial health of the credit union
Communicates the credit union’s financial position to a variety of audiences, including the Board of Directors, our membership, community stakeholders, regulators, and employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent
Extensive experience in a financial institution or related environment
Proven experience leading a team
Proficiency in financial and managerial reporting, budgeting, and presenting financial information to a variety of audiences
In-depth knowledge of asset/liability management, risk management, and compliance
Knowledge and experience in using financial software and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of GAAP and NCUA regulations
Ability to lead at the highest level of the credit union, which includes exceptional communication skills, diverse team leadership, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making
Dependable, accurate, detail-oriented, organized, service-oriented
Fully understands, demonstrates, and leads Park View's mission, vision, purpose, and core values
Has a comprehensive understanding of our unique faith-based legacy and how that translates into our neighbors serving neighbors and a triple bottom line business framework
