Computer Desktop Helpdesk Technician
ASAP/NetSource is a leading human services organization in New York City, and they are seeking a highly motivated Computer Desktop/Helpdesk Support Technician to join their team. The role involves providing helpdesk and desktop support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective communication with users.

Responsibilities
Helpdesk Support – Location: 300 E 175th Street, Bronx N.Y. 10461
Obtain IP address of device
Verify Internet, email, or application connectivity
Walk user through checking physical connectivity
Determine extent of issue, ie. One user or multiple users. what exactly is being affected
Troubleshoot printer issues
Identify and organize tickets according to priority and escalate tickets to engineers and technicians when necessary
Strong customer service orientation and patience
Desktop Support – Locations varies as per new deployment within NYC
Imaging workstations
Setup, Connect and interfaced with user with logins and application access
Desktop troubleshooting & repair (organization accounts in NYC)
Strong customer service orientation and patience
Able to communicate technical and user-friendly language
Qualification
Required
