Responsibilities

Proactively generate new sales leads within the local light industrial/warehousing industry, with the intention of creating long term relationships with clients who will utilize Faber's temporary labour platform on a consistent basis

Determine client's temporary staffing needs and present solutions

Schedule face-to-face site visits, lunches, meetings, and product demonstrations with clients

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, ensure client labour needs are being met and any issues are quickly addressed

Present Faber’s temporary labour solutions to clients and pursue contracts

Support with closing contracts

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth

Support with ensuring sales targets are met

Required

Must have experience in account management or sales in temporary staffing within the light industrial industry

Ability to visit client offices and warehouse sites all over DFW (must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle)

Experience in temporary labour supply

Desire to pursue business opportunities and generate new sales

Strong time management and ability to create your own schedule and tasks without much oversight

Strong understanding of construction and how to sell to clients within the construction industry

Ability to create and maintain relationships with key clients

Proficiency with CRM and IT tools, experience with Hubspot

Desire to continue developing as a sales leader in the construction industry
