Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
Serve as the line lead, assist with supervising the flow of the work and process
Assist with identifying process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Demonstrate proficiency in department processes and troubleshoots problems and issues
Provide one on one or group hands-on training for new and returnee associates on all functional aspects of the ticket processing job
Tracking inventory levels of products and ordering more supplies as needed
Processing orders, verifying prices and availability of products with vendors, and shipping products to customers
Proficient in using computer applications and software relevant to the role
Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Certified to operate a REACH lift
Use Warehouse Management System to research/gather information
Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
Serve as the line lead, assist with supervising the flow of the work and process
Assist with identifying process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
