Digital Performance Manager
Lightning Digital, a division of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Inc., is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to lead high-impact digital campaigns from concept to completion. This client-facing role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sale Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with account executives during the pre-sale process to develop data-informed media plans, contribute to RFP responses, and forecast campaign performance based on historical benchmarks
Campaign Execution & QA: Actively manage the day-to-day aspects of all assigned campaigns, maintaining account prioritization and delivering weekly status updates to key stakeholders. Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure accurate trafficking, tag/pixel validation, targeting accuracy, and creative QA prior to launch
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee day-to-day campaign performance across channels, identifying optimization opportunities to improve KPIs and proactively communicating actionable insights to stakeholders
Client Reporting & Communication: Lead regular client meetings and performance reviews (virtual and in-person), turning complex data into strategic recommendations and clear, compelling stories
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the bridge between sales, operations, analytics, and creative teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle
Market & Platform Expertise: Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new tools to continuously improve campaign strategy and client outcomes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven experience in client-facing digital campaign management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficient in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with Paid Search, Programmatic, and Social campaigns
Experience supporting the sales process of sophisticated digital campaigns
Familiarity with pixel and tag placement via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong drive for continuous learning to keep up with the ever-changing digital landscape
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
