Process and investigate payments, stock transfers, checks, and Fed wire disbursements
Resolve escalated issues and clear outstanding debits
Handle client correspondence, requests, and account updates
Meet production and quality standards while following compliance guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams and support external clients
Cross-train across multiple operational functions
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
