Responsibilities

Review HX inspection results, including coordination with NDE personnel
Support making recommendations for maintaining program heat exchanger reliability. Perform Heat exchanger margin calculations
Support maintenance evolutions and support recommendations for deficient conditions. Support monitoring of program health and perform assessments
Provide regulatory oversight for generic letter 89-13 heat exchangers
Update procedures
Perform calculations supporting maintaining design criteria and licensing basis
Provide tube plugging criteria. Long and intermediate term plans for timely HX replacement
Routine performance monitoring
Maintain program processes that confirm that maintenance practices, operating procedures, and training are appropriate based on service conditions and are sufficient to ensure the equipment will function as intended
