They are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Team Member to join their team, responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the facility's operations.

Responsibilities
Complete Opening/Closing Checklists
Ensure lobby area is clean and stocked
Learn the D1 brand and be able to answer all customer support questions for current and potential athletes
Answer phone calls and take messages for Recruiters and Management
Check athletes into workouts and ensure accurate attendance tracking
Keep retail areas fully stocked with food, drink, clothing
Maintain inventory for cleaning supplies, D1 gear, and products
Process all ancillary purchases in MBO
Complete daily social media tasks
Make sure all accounts are properly noted
Qualification
Required
Dependable, organized, and responsible
Must be a high-energy & positive individual
Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry
