Patient Prism is a leader in AI-powered solutions for healthcare practices, and they are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Client Success Account Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for onboarding, engagement, and long-term growth of healthcare clients using the Patient Prism platform.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients
Lead onboarding and training efforts to ensure successful adoption
Deliver strategic check-ins and QBRs to drive engagement and retention
Solve for potential churn risks prior to escalation
Identify opportunities for upsell and client expansion
Monitor usage data and interpret trends to provide impactful insights
Maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and ensure timely reporting
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams
Act as the client advocate internally to ensure a seamless experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years in SaaS Client Success, Account Management, or similar
Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and reporting tools
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Background in healthcare, dental, or multi-location service groups a plus
