Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Corporate/G&A functions
Translate business needs into actionable IT projects, enhancements, and solution designs
Prepare and maintain SDLC documentation including Project Implementation Plans, Configuration Specifications, RAID logs, and related artifacts
Work closely with Corporate IT Tech Partners to prioritize technology requests
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, resources, and deliverables
Facilitate technical requirement workshops and solution design sessions with cross‑functional teams
Coordinate with IT teams for solution implementation, testing, and deployment
Monitor project scope, timelines, and progress; provide regular status updates
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend technology‑driven improvements
Support change management, communication, and user adoption for new or updated systems
Assist end users with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Support creation of process documentation, training materials, and user guides
Qualification
Required
8+ Years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
H1B / Green Card / US Citizen work authorization
Immediate Joiner (C2C/W2 as applicable)
5+ years of experience delivering IT solutions for Corporate/G&A functions (BA, Solutions Delivery, or similar roles)
Strong understanding of Corporate processes: Compliance, Physical Security, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Finance, etc
Hands‑on experience with platforms such as: Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Veeva, Power BI, Databricks, SAP, Integrations (SSO, API, ETL)
Proven experience in project management and vendor coordination
Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and project management methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to create documentation and support end‑user training
Preferred
PMP (strongly preferred)
TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus
Experience working in Life Sciences or FDA‑regulated environments is highly preferred
