Responsibilities

Supports FourKites tracking initiative to improve overall CCM shipment tracking rate
Supports freight claim processing initiative to improve COPQ
Supports Trade Compliance processes and procedures
Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing cost

Qualification

Required

Effective verbal and written communication
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong interpersonal
Basic mathematic
Proficient with SAP software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, and Microsoft Word
Use of data visualization software programs such as PowerBI
Ability to operate basic office equipment
Enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Engineering, or Business
