The Sr. Platform Engineer, Tango will be responsible for creating a scalable technical foundation for the Tango product line, ensuring quality, reliability, and predictability in the development process.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the core technical architecture for the Tango platform, ensuring scalability and enterprise readiness

Define and enforce engineering coding standards, best practices, and automated testing strategies, particularly within ServiceNow-native environments

Implement and utilize deployment/testing frameworks to ensure high predictability and quality of quarterly roadmap commitments

Develop developer experience (DevEx) improvements, including sandbox automation and scripted REST API utilities, to increase engineering productivity

Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to translate real-world constraints from design partners into repeatable and resilient technical patterns

Troubleshoot and resolve reliability issues to meet performance benchmarks and reduce customer escalations

Act as a technical leader, providing coaching and mentorship to level up the engineering team
