Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Cambridge Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for Fee-for-Service positions to supervise in-home and community-based services for children and youth aged 5 to 18 years. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and monitoring service plans, and providing supervision to ABA therapists.
Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs
Develop and monitor the Individual Service Plan (ISP)/Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
Provide supervision to ABA therapists assigned to provide 1:1 services
Maintain documentation, provide periodic reports on the children’s/youth’s progress, and update ISP/BSP for reauthorization
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Must have experience working with children/youth aged 5 to 18 who are diagnosed with ASD/IDD
Applicants must complete a criminal history background check
Have reliable transportation
