Lead a dispersed US commercial team with a hands-on leadership style
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in anatomic pathology or diagnostic laboratory environments
Comprehensive knowledge of US diagnostic revenue models and billing structures
Proven success in leading transformational commercial initiatives
Experienced in managing and developing commercial teams
Strong coaching ability to navigate complex accounts
Preferred
Experience with digital pathology platforms and AI diagnostics
