Responsibilities

Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
Review reports for accuracy
Oversee personnel folders for accuracy
Assist in team member on boarding and new hire paper work
Perform initial phone interviews for new hires
Assist in new hire orientations
Assist in other tasks as requested by management team
Create systems and procedures by analyzing practices, record keeping systems, and forms
Function as executive assistant to CEO
Maintain confidentiality on behalf of the company, its clients, and its employees
