Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Revit models and associated documentation
Set up and manage Revit central models, sheets, views, legends, and schedules
Import and manage Revit families, filters, and linked coordination files
Prepare and issue project drawings, revisions, and final record drawings
Collaborate with project teams to align BIM models with construction requirements
Support clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
Coordinate layouts for equipment, conduits, cable trays, and electrical elements per NEC standards
Provide prefabrication-ready models and export layout files for field use
Apply company BIM standards, templates, and file management protocols
Audit and maintain project folders, ensuring version control and data accuracy
Ensure models meet project specifications and industry standards for constructability
Support field and VDC teams with accurate layout files and coordinated models
Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for collaboration and model synchronization
Assist in resolving model issues and updating clash reports

Required

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 5+ years in electrical construction
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Ability to use Bluebeam for document review and collaboration
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to work onsite as needed and travel 5–10%

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
