Responsibilities

Assist with data clean-up, analysis, and accurate data entry across internal systems and for our acquired partners

Support company-wide system configuration initiatives, including setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance

Oversee and coordinate with third-party vendors responsible for data entry and data clean-up activities

Review vendor work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards

Identify data issues, discrepancies, or process gaps and escalate appropriately

Support ad hoc operational and data-related projects as needed

Required

1–2 years of experience in financial services, insurance, operations, or a data-entry–focused role

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, simple formulas)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Excellent work ethic with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred

Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
