Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and explain financial concepts effectively
Commitment to community involvement and service-oriented initiatives
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses in finance, insurance, or investment services are an advantage
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required
