Develop and maintain strong client relationships with collectors, galleries, institutions, and partners
Prepare and present competitive domestic and international shipping quotations
Coordinate and manage all aspects of fine art shipments from origin to destination, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency
Oversee shipment documentation and handle invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in fine art logistics
Proven knowledge of art handling, packing, crating, and shipping techniques across a range of mediums
Strong understanding of import/export customs procedures and compliance requirements
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must reside in the U.S
