Managing a large-scale global automation program across multiple stakeholders / business functions
Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the long-term global automation vision, aligning it with enterprise-wide business objectives
Global Program Governance: Establish and maintain standardized frameworks, KPIs, and operational excellence metrics to ensure consistency across regional sites and business units
Matrix Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, IT, operations) and steer vendor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely
Technology & Innovation : Evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, IIoT, and cloud computing, to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and reliability
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical thought leader, influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling
Qualification
Required
Strong Senior Automation program lead with experience in tech transformation
Experience in operating model set up
Experience in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI)
Managing a large-scale global automation program across multiple stakeholders / business functions
Define and execute the long-term global automation vision, aligning it with enterprise-wide business objectives
Establish and maintain standardized frameworks, KPIs, and operational excellence metrics to ensure consistency across regional sites and business units
Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, IT, operations) and steer vendor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely
Evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, IIoT, and cloud computing, to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and reliability
Act as a technical thought leader, influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling
Ability to mobilize global teams and spearhead organizational-wide technology adoption
Skilled in interpreting complex financial and operational data to inform strategic ROI assessments
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing international vendors and cross-cultural stakeholders
5-10 years in top tier consulting firms (Big 4, MBB) or Investment banking
Preferred
Tech industry exposure would be desirable
