Monitor media coverage, consumer sentiment, and trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, merchant success, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Experienced communicator with a background in consumer, product, or fintech PR
Skilled at simplifying complex financial topics into engaging stories
Culturally aware with a keen eye for trends and storytelling opportunities
Strategic and collaborative, balancing business goals and creative impact
Curious, adaptable, and data-driven, leveraging tools like AI for communication innovation
