Responsibilities

Open new client accounts and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete

Process contributions, distributions, and other account transactions

Place investment trades under the guidance of our advisors

Communicate with clients over the phone and in person, providing a positive and professional experience

Help maintain accurate client records and keep our systems up-to-date

Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
