Responsibilities

Oversee global forecasting and operational reporting for McDonald’s Edge platform, driving the delivery of timely, actionable business insights

Lead Power BI dashboard enhancements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish KPIs to measure deployment effectiveness

Translate complex data into clear reports supporting strategic goals and continuously improve reporting tools for scalability and reliability

Foster a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional and business collaborators across the globe

Required

5+ years in project or program management within global, cross-functional, or technology-driven environments

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field

Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)

Strong skills in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication

Extensive experience developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards for actionable insights

Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams and drive data-informed decision-making

General understanding of data flows

Deep understanding of technology mobilization, market readiness, and deployment frameworks

Demonstrated success managing budgets, timelines, and scope to achieve results

Analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on process improvement and knowledge sharing

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
