Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, leveraging warm leads and marketing outreach to generate new business opportunities

Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and present appropriate technology solutions and to book strategy calls with for our Sales team

Utilize CRM software such as Hub Spot and Google Sheets to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target markets and refine outreach strategies

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering product demonstrations when needed

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions for reporting purposes

Required

Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments

Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement

Customer-focused mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting

Preferred

Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales preferred

Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes
