Partner closely with operations to support service delivery, retention, and long-term account value
Qualification
Required
Proven success in air and ocean freight sales within an international freight forwarding environment
Demonstrated ability to win new business across California or the West Coast region
Established professional network and capacity to originate new customer relationships
Strong commercial understanding of international freight pricing, margins, and negotiations
Comfortable operating autonomously at senior individual contributor level
