Responsibilities

Lead reliability and systems engineering across multiple manufacturing sites to improve uptime, safety, and asset performance

Own and evolve the company-wide safety program, partnering with plant leaders and third-party safety consultants to drive compliance and a strong safety culture

Develop and deploy preventive/predictive maintenance, RCM, and risk-reduction strategies using CMMS, data, and best practices

Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and standardization efforts across facilities

Lead and develop a small team while collaborating closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Plant Leadership
