This role will lead communication strategy and governance to deliver seamless, consistent, and customer-centric experiences across various channels for business customers including SMB, Enterprise, and Public Sector.

Responsibilities

Own and govern the end-to-end omnichannel communication experience aligned with CX and NPS goals
Lead customer and functional journey mapping, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve communication flows
Define and manage prioritization, frequency, and governance rules for transactional and non-marketing communications
Manage and evolve a centralized email and SMS template library along with a CX playbook
Partner with CRM, Product, Digital Ops, Sales, IT, and Martech teams to implement journey enhancements and new capabilities
Collaborate with creative agencies to define requirements, review designs, and approve builds for email and SMS templates
Ensure high-quality, responsive, and personalized communications using dynamic content and customer data
Apply industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve customer communication experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree
6+ years of experience in marketing communications / CRM / customer experience
Hands-on experience with email and SMS communications for end customers

Experience with AEM / Adobe marketing tools
Agency experience
Digital marketing or Adobe certifications
Exposure to telecom or B2B enterprise customers
