Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to deliver innovative AI-driven products
Design, develop, and deploy AI components such as foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, and model evaluation
Work with advanced technologies like PyTorch, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and cloud-based AI infrastructure
Optimize large-scale AI systems for scalability, cost efficiency, latency, and throughput
Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap for next-generation AI platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields
3+ years of experience developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Scala, or Java
Preferred
Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Hands-on experience with LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, and memory optimization
Expertise in optimizing training and inference for performance and cost
