Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert; multifamily sector experience is a plus

Provide leadership and strategic direction for evolving programs

Align program development with market trends, goals, and client needs

Identify opportunities, analyze issues, and recommend solutions

Manage budgets, deliverables, and programs at all stages

Evaluate performance and optimize outreach strategies

Improve processes and tools for better delivery

Ensure accurate reporting and data management

Help teammates grow Demand Response knowledge

Navigate ambiguity and provide clear recommendations

Listen and execute on client vision

Manage portions of large contracts or multiple smaller ones (<$2M annual revenue)

Ensure compliance and client satisfaction

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (3–7 members)

Qualification

Required

2+ years in demand response, energy efficiency, and program implementation

1+ years in a client-facing role

2–4 years of project management experience

Passion for advancing demand response programs, especially in multifamily

Self-motivated with strong work ethic and initiative

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills; thrives in fast-paced environments

Collaborative, eager to share knowledge and mentor others

Ability to work effectively and build relationships in a remote setting

Currently living in Oregon

Preferred

Multifamily sector experience is a plus
