Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand use‑cases, pain points, and requirements; advocate for user‑centric solutions
Design & deliver high‑quality software using modern tools, languages, and agile methodologies
Select the right stack and integration/deployment strategies for each application or service
Create high‑level architecture outlining structure, components, and interfaces
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product owners, designers, architects, and platform teams
Define & implement test strategy —guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with standards and best practices
Continuously optimize performance and development efficiency; adopt new technologies where it makes sense
Practice TDD, CI, and CD; champion engineering excellence
Support security practices (encryption, anonymization) to safeguard user data
Build intuitive UIs and interactive experiences
Develop backend services (APIs, microservices) using server‑side languages
Evaluate emerging tech and participate in industry collaboration to evolve the stack

Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Demonstrated empathy for mechanical/engineering domains and comfort collaborating closely with UI/UX designers
Leadership: ability to mentor junior engineers and lead small delivery pods
Master's Degree preferred
