Lead D Ventures Financial Services’ global strategic sales initiatives, driving enterprise and institutional revenue growth
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives and market positioning
Own complex, high-value sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution and long-term relationship management
Collaborate closely with product, technology, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure client solutions meet institutional standards
Design and implement scalable go-to-market frameworks for fintech-enabled financial products and services
Identify and develop new revenue channels, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem alliances
Translate market intelligence and client feedback into actionable commercial strategies
Position D Ventures as a thought leader and trusted advisor in fintech-driven financial services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives, investment leaders, and senior stakeholders
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning D Ventures’ capabilities with their business, regulatory, and growth objectives
Ensure exceptional client experience across onboarding, solution deployment, and ongoing engagement
Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities through deep client understanding and value delivery
Support D Ventures’ expansion across the U.S. and international markets through targeted sales and partnership initiatives
Develop institutional partnership frameworks with banks, asset managers, fintechs, and financial intermediaries
Enable cross-border sales execution in collaboration with legal, compliance, and operations teams
Strengthen D Ventures’ market presence through strategic alliances and industry engagement
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory, legal, and internal governance standards
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to structure compliant commercial agreements
Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and responsible growth across all client engagements
Mitigate commercial and reputational risk through disciplined sales governance
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing strategic sales team
Establish clear performance metrics, incentives, and accountability frameworks
Foster a collaborative, results-driven sales culture aligned with company values
Develop future sales leaders through coaching, training, and succession planning
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics
Optimize pricing, deal structures, and contract economics to maximize long-term value
Drive continuous improvement in sales efficiency, conversion rates, and client lifetime value
Deliver predictable, sustainable revenue growth aligned with strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or commercial leadership within fintech, financial services, or institutional markets
Proven success in selling complex, technology-enabled financial solutions to enterprise or institutional clients
Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, capital markets, digital finance, or financial infrastructure services
Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and engage senior-level decision-makers
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
