a&bé bridal shop provides a unique bridal shopping experience led by a passionate team. They are seeking a Bridal Assistant Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality experience for brides.

Responsibilities

Manage scheduling with the manager: monthly and daily staffing

Possibility of working on Sundays based on staffing and store needs

Develop and follow-up on all day-to-day priorities for the team. Including but not limited to:

Opening/Closing duties, Assigning appointments, Receiving, Confirmation Calls/Online bookings, Maintaining Floor presentation throughout the day

Place, confirm, or assist with orders as needed

Work one on one with brides to help them discover their wedding day style and say hell yes to the dress

Build relationships with your brides through follow up from their first appointment to the wedding day

Be the point person for managerial duties when the manager is unavailable or out of town

Oversee daily processes and orders for accuracy in order to minimize mistakes that could affect the client experience and/or the profitability of the business

Assist with hiring, onboarding and training new stylists

Provide encouraging and supportive peer-to-peer feedback on a daily basis

Develop and maintain in-depth designer and product knowledge in order to be able to support the team in sales when customization and/or rush questions arise

Assist with weekly social media needs by helping create and post content for the shop feed on daily basis
