Responsibilities
Complete loan applications via in-person, phone, or electronic methods
Verify accuracy and completeness of loan files in Encompass
Obtain required documentation and disclosures in compliance with guidelines
Accurately price loans and manage rate locks
Maintain professional communication throughout the loan process
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, builders, title companies, etc.)
Meet or exceed production goals
Stay current on loan products, guidelines, and market trends
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum two (2) years of recent mortgage sales experience
Active NMLS license in good standing
Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC products
Proficiency with Encompass and Microsoft Outlook
Strong communication, organizational, and financial skills
Ability to manage a pipeline independently
