The Intake Attorney will manage the initial client intake process for civil claims, evaluate potential cases, and determine case acceptance while ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for potential personal injury clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported

Conduct intake calls, evaluating cases, and determining whether the firm can represent the client or refer them to a trusted partner

Document and analyze case details, conduct preliminary legal research as necessary

Leverage the Firm’s referral network to send appropriate claims for prosecution

Explain legal options in a way that is easy to understand, helping clients make informed decisions

Maintain detailed records in the firm’s case management system, Litify

Collaborate with New Client Specialists and Case Managers to ensure a seamless transition for clients who move forward with the firm

Follow up on cases referred to partner firms to ensure clients receive excellent service

Contribute to ongoing improvements in the intake process to make it even more effective

Attend required daily morning and monthly Firm 'All Hands' meetings

Perform other job duties and responsibilities as required
