Responsibilities
Work alongside engineers and scientists in areas such hardware development, payload integration & operations, laboratory & test operations, modeling & simulation, space environments, scientific research and propulsion systems for programs like Human Landing Systems, Space Launch Systems and the International Space Station
Provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing
Interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client
Travel in the domestic USA as required
Work independently with minimal supervision, and make rational decisions, and exercise good judgment
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a university or college program leading to a BS degree in engineering or related field
Must be able to provide own transportation
Have strong customer relations skills
Have the ability to multi-task and transition between quick turnaround assignments
Show initiative and be proactive to make connections and build relationships with key players on the tasks
Demonstrate the capability to plan and perform analyses independently and as a team
Demonstrate strong technical writing and presentation skills in order to present data to study customers
Have completed sophomore year of university studies
Must be in good academic standing
Maintain an overall average of 3.0
Have demonstrated a very strong aptitude in major field
Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required
