Responsibilities

Spearhead a transformative project focused on modernizing a complex flagship application
Shape a strategic decomposition of a monolithic system into agile microservices
Own the entire migration strategy and execution
Play a critical role in overcoming technical debt and driving innovation in a high-stakes environment

Required

8–10 years of hands-on experience in .NET/C# and Azure cloud environments
Proven leadership in monolith-to-microservices migration projects, from strategy formulation to full execution
Deep technical expertise with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive migration plans independently
Strong ownership mentality with the capacity to be a self-motivated 'driver' of initiatives
Proactive and resilient, capable of navigating complex technical and political landscapes during high-visibility projects
Experience resolving technical debt and enforcing best practices in scalable cloud architectures

Preferred

Previous experience working with financial or other highly regulated industries (not mandatory)
Knowledge of containerization, orchestration tools, or DevOps practices related to Azure
Familiarity with large-scale enterprise architecture management
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Extensive industry experience with complex system migrations and cloud strategy leadership
