Responsibilities
Work on company’s site selection efforts, including vetting all aspects of a potential site (location, constructability, utility infrastructure proximity and capacity considerations based on substation and energy flow, potential neighbor opposition, potential concurrent and future land uses, etc.)
Ability to weigh and balance all relevant considerations to assign fully informed initial offer and maximum price points to potential sites
Align with team efforts to achieve company goals as set out by the CEO
Develop total command of the assessment of distribution grid interconnection feasibility in various markets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in energy origination
GIS Mapping
Ability to analyze information, interpret data, and solve practical problems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize workload
Self-starter who likes to consistently meet and exceed targets
Experience with MS Office, utilizing CRMs, shared folder drives, and similar tools
