Responsibilities
Support Sales Representatives
Checking open orders
Retrieving previously placed purchase orders
Providing addresses and contact information
Confirming inventory levels and receiving dates
Create quotes for rep-controlled customers or prospects, including items, pricing, and mark-up
Run various reports: sales history, modified item summary, order guides, etc
Coordinate with internal departments on sourcing and item requests
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years product and industry knowledge
Proficient Microsoft Office Skills including Excel
