Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth revenue cycle management (RCM) analyses and reporting to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
Perform data analysis, financial reconciliation, market research, and generate strategic insights to optimize revenue processes
Collaborate across departments, communicate findings, and recommend improvements for RCM strategies

Required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred
Certifications, CRC, CPMA, CPB or similar background
Experience in the healthcare industry or medical billing is a strong advantage
